Views has entered a new phase of growth having expanded its team from four to 20 and strengthened its leadership as it aims to deliver 300 homes across Greater Manchester in the next three years.
To support this next stage of growth, the Cheshire-headquartered property developer and investor has appointed Mike Smith as chief financial officer (CFO) and Tiffany Chevis as director of operations and marketing.
Mike has 35 years’ experience across financial control, fundraising, facility negotiation, mergers and acquisitions and system implementation. Prior to joining Views, he spent five years as CFO with WeLink Homes, a vertically integrated developer of sustainable homes focused on delivery using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
Mike began his career spending 12 years at accountancy firm BDO. Since then, he has worked in property development, investment, contracting and support services, across the housing, student accommodation and commercial sectors.
Tiffany brings a decade of experience in shaping marketing and operational strategies for residential development, placemaking, and mixed-use regeneration. Formerly senior marketing manager at Sigma Capital Group, she later joined Genr8 Developments as head of marketing in 2022 where she led corporate and project marketing and operations strategies, including a £250m mixed-use scheme, taking its co-working business to profitability.
At Views, Tiffany oversees all business operations, efficiency and systems planning, as well as corporate and project-level marketing activities.
The appointments of Tiffany and Mike complement the wider restructuring of the business operations and leadership. Co-founding brothers Shujaat Rasool and Shoaib Muhammad now serve as co-chief executive officers (co-CEOs).
On the housebuilding side of the business, Views has begun construction at Empress Court – nine, three bedroom town houses – its debut scheme in Heaton Norris, Stockport, with homes already being reserved through sales agent Reside ahead of its expected completion in early 2026.
Also in the delivery pipeline are 66 new homes at the former Burnage Cricket Club, which received planning from Manchester City Council in October, and 39 apartments at the Grade II Listed former textile finishing factory at 42 Bloom Street, Manchester city centre, both of which are anticipated to start on site during 2026.
In addition, the Views’ in-house development and construction teams are at various stages of pre-planning and pre-construction on a further five development sites across Greater Manchester which could deliver 192 new homes.
Views operates an active investment platform, with £17.43 million of acquisitions currently in legals and a strategy to deploy £110m over the next 24 months toward residential-led opportunities.
Shoaib Muhammad, Co-CEO said: “Our ambition for Views has always been to unite thoughtful design, disciplined delivery and intelligent capital deployment. We’ve built a business that moves quickly without losing depth – where every home, every investment and every decision reflects long-term value creation.
