Purpose of the Code

Buying a new home is a significant event (and expense) for most customers, and there can be a range of factors which you will consider when buying, including location, design and suitability, as well as price and reputation of the Developer.

The Code provides us with a mark of quality, and give you the peace of mind that you will be treated fairly by us and our agents, can have confidence in our legal and professional status as a company, will receive clear and reliable information, will know the standards of construction and service level to expect, you can access speedy Dispute Resolution if needed, and you will be supported if you have any vulnerabilities identified throughout the process.
