We are Views, a property developer that invests and creates places for belonging.

Our background

Brothers Shujaat and Shoaib founded Views in 2018, after quickly reinvigorating their property investment portfolio, they turned their attention to their passion – taking under used spaces and buildings and giving them a new lease of life, anchored in their communities.

Inspired by the ever-changing view from their flat across from Battersea, the brothers realised the potential for them to literally, and figuratively, change views for the people in the communities they were brought up in, in south Manchester. Today they work with a highly experienced in-house and professional team to create new high-quality homes, business and leisure space.
