Mike Smith

A qualified accountant, Mike Smith has over 35 years of experience in financial control and project management including fundraising, facility negotiation and management, mergers and acquisitions activity and system implementation. Mike began his career spending 12 years at accountancy firm BDO, and has since worked in property development, investment, contracting and support services, across the housing, contracting, student accommodation and retail sectors. As Views' CFO, he brings significant experience from the day-to-day finance level through to strategic expertise on the board.

Tiffany Chevis

Tiffany Chevis's background is in developing and implementing marketing strategies within the property industry, including residential development, placemaking, and mixed-use regeneration. Prior to joining Views, Tiffany oversaw the Smithfield Works co-working business as part of Genr8 Development's £250m mixed-use regeneration scheme, bringing it to profitability, and ensured the foundations of business processes were sound ahead of reputation-building work. She previously led customer communications and marketing strategies for a portfolio of over 5000 build to rent properties at Sigma Capital Group. Tiffany oversees business operations through people, processes and systems, as well as corporate and project-level marketing activities across the Views group.

David Ritchie

David Ritchie is Non-Executive Director at Views, where he provides strategic oversight and guidance to the board and executive team, supporting the company’s growth, governance and long-term development. David brings FTSE 250 experience as both CEO and CFO of Bovis Homes (now Vistry Group), where he led the business through the global financial crisis and subsequent recovery. During his tenure, profits increased from approximately £5 million in 2009 to £160 million in 2015, while market capitalisation grew from £350 million to £1.35 billion. He previously worked at KPMG and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from the University of Reading.

Patrick Sheridan

Having qualified as an architect, Patrick’s experience spans regeneration projects in London as well as the North West, including residential apartments, leisure facilities, and mixed-use commercial developments. During his tenure at Your Housing, Patrick managed the development team to deliver 900 affordable housing units across 15 sites, and at Clarion just prior to joining Views, he oversaw delivery of a 13 acre site on the edge of Leeds city centre comprising 1300 apartments and 200 student rooms. Patrick Sheridan has been with Views since 2021, overseeing the development function and facilitating the delivery of our schemes.

Ian Russell

Ian Russell’s experience spans five decades, having started as a surveyor before taking on projects throughout the UK, Qatar, Kuwait and Falkland Islands on infrastructure and transport schemes. Dedicated to excellent standards in site safety, compliance, and project management, Ian’s career included execution and completion of the £9.5m turnkey build of a bespoke modular kitchen at HMP Liverpool, as well as new build residential schemes during a six year tenure at MCR Property Group. Ian heads our Construction team, ensuring exceptional attention to detail in the delivery of our projects, with technical understanding and quality control to maintain the high standards our customers demand.

Mark Edwards

Mark Edwards originally trained as a solicitor with an international law firm before moving into property. Since 2011 Mark has been at the forefront of UK residential investment. As an Acquisition Manager at Whitecroft Group, he was responsible for acquiring numerous blocks of apartments totalling over £500m GDV, whilst as as investment Director at HSPG he was been involved in acquiring over £300m of residential acquisitions throughout the UK working with institutional partners worldwide on various strategies. Mark’s primary focus with Views is to source and acquire residential investment opportunities and drive growth strategy with his experience in similar companies.

Nick Wiggans

A qualified quantity surveyor and experienced asset manager having managed a portfolio of 3,500 homes across the UK, Nick Wiggans’ background in the Build-to-Rent and residential markets is extensive, and provides invaluable insight into market trends, site optimisation, and effective financial modelling. Over the past 13 years, Nick has developed financial appraisals for a range of complex development projects, and operational asset management for a portfolio of over 3,500 homes across the UK. Nick uses his exceptional analytical skills to head up our asset and property management arm, whilst providing valuable analysis and market insight across all our business units.

Iain Taylor

With a background in developing operational procedures, and having managed a division with a turnover in excess of £12.5m per annum, Iain Taylor provides exceptional commerciality and reporting to support our Construction team. Iain’s previous roles includes over 12 years in the residential development sector including Jones Homes and Tilia Homes, commercially managing a range of projects with budgets up to £4m. Having worked on schemes that have included apartments, family houses, listed buildings, and other complex specification, Iain's skillset supports our Development and Construction teams in delivering varied - and viable - development opportunities.

Yousaf Iqbal

Yousaf has been Views' Finance Manager since 2024. Working within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, he approaches challenges with deliberation and thoughtfulness. Every decision Yousaf makes is mindful of the future state of the business, whilst addressing present needs, providing the company with a calm and mannered approach to finance.

Emma Clarke

Emma is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years experience in the finance profession. After qualifying with PKF (later merging with BDO) in London, Emma spent 10 years with the firm working in both the audit and management consultancy departments. 13 years of her experience has been spent working in the PFI industry, first at BDO and later with Equitix Management Services, providing financial and company secretarial services for SPV companies on behalf of the private sector side of the contracts. She brings this large-scale project experience to Views ambitious development projects, and is responsible for the internal accounts function for the Views group of companies.

Adam Pollitt

With a background in social housing and supported living investment, Adam previously worked as Development Manager at Mersten Ltd and Compassionate Care Developments as well as RWP. Since joining Views, Adam has overseen the refurbishment of a number of investment properties, and has subsequently transitioned into supporting the construction team as Project Manager for new build developments.

Veaceslav Prodan

Veaceslav oversees our residential and commercial property portfolios, focused on service quality and regulatory compliance, coordinating the management of properties. His tenant-focused approach fosters positive, long-term relationships.

Hector Chadwick

Hector Chadwick is our Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. He gained practical experience working as a QS in groundworks and on residential construction projects after graduating, before joining us at Views. Hector specialises in tendering packaged works and managing material procurement. He brings a strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to cost management across all stages of construction projects.
